Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel 21 days or more before your arrival, there will be no cancellation charges — we’ll process a full refund with our best wishes.

  • If you cancel between 14 and 21 days before arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover arrangements already made.

  • For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, a 100% cancellation fee will be applicable, as preparations would have been finalized.

  • Check-in time begins from 2:00 PM onwards.

  • Check-out time is at 12:00 PM (noon).
